Since I agree with the majority that the district court did not abuse its discretion in concluding that Becker was not a minor or minimal participant, I express no opinion as to the relevance of the fact that he had 'custody of a significant amount of money' in the scheme. I do not read the majority opinion to mean that Becker is entitled to a downward adjustment simply because he had custody of a large amount of money. The majority cites the case of United States v. McGinnis, 783 F.2d 755, 763 (8th Cir. 1986) as supporting its argument that Becker was not entitled to a downward adjustment. The majority, however, neglects to cite the McGinnis case where it is stated that 'not all persons involved in a criminal scheme are necessarily minor or minimal participants.' 783 F.2d at 763 (emphasis added). Likewise, in my view, Becker is not entitled to a downward adjustment simply because he could have spent some or all of the money to obtain illegal drugs or to satisfy other pre-existing needs

Site survey licenses from Ekahau cannot be copied or reproduced. It is not transferable to other computers. In case the license is lost or damaged, the affected device is considered unusable.
Software Management and Activation Instructions
With your licensing software, you can manage your site survey licenses.
There are two kinds of license management methods: License-to-License method and License-to-Device method.
License-to-License Method:
You can purchase a license on a computer that has a license installed.
If you purchased a license on an existing computer, you can manage a new license.
If you purchased a license on a new computer, you can manage a license of the old computer.
License-to-Device Method:
You can purchase a license on a computer that has a license installed.
If you purchased a license on an existing computer, you can manage a new license.
If you purchased a license on a new computer, you can manage a license of the old computer.
License types
The following license types are available:
Site Survey license, License for 1 PC, License for 1 - 4 PCs.
Site Survey license
The site survey license is a software license of Ekahau for the site survey feature of Ekahau Site Survey 2.0 (free version) or Ekahau Site Survey 6.0 (premium version).
License for 1 PC
The license for 1 PC is a software license for Ekahau for a single-unit computer.
License for 1 - 4 PCs
The license for 1 - 4 PCs is a software license for Ekahau for a group of 4 computers.
Prerequisites
Ekahau Site Survey requires the following hardware, software, and drivers to be installed before activating the license:
Supported Operating System
Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP3 or later
Minimum 3.5GB of free space on the hard drive of the computer that is going to be used for Ekahau Site Survey
JET 32-bit or 64-bit - JET drivers are not needed for Windows XP SP3 or later, but JET drivers are needed for the sites survey on Windows 7
Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11 or later - The Site Survey uses
